We had grown up together, the three of us, fully sharing a pipedream a great adventure in the Middle East. So, with our gazes set on experiencing the charms of the country of Qatar, we were full of excitement in preparation for one of the trips of our lifetime.
We had high expectations as seasoned travelers, but these were shattered from the time we landed in Doha in the most delightful way possible. The beautiful skyline of the city and its iconic wonders and skyscrapers hit us with a wow factor; we simply couldn’t wait to know more about the rich fabric of Qatari culture.
Our first stop was the colorful Souq Waqif, a full market whose fragrance of spices and murmuring cheerful dialogue greeted us. We walked the labyrinth of those alleyways with open eyes and stopped to take a look at the intricate handicrafts, traditional garments, and warm gestures of hospitality that the local vendors dished out. And here is where we stumbled upon Saakin. A real estate company that would become our key source for unlocking the true essence of our Qatari adventure.

Sinking into these sumptuous full leather recliners, surrounded by such creature comforts, we were whisked away to a private movie house where one could lose themselves from the outside world and immerse themselves in the escapism of film.
A moment of peace and rejuvenation was to be found in The Spa and Wellness Center, an exclusive space where we were indulged with therapies and the most beautifully trained therapists. Guided through a comprehensive menu of treatments, we soothed and refreshed, ever so deftly. It was serene and calming, the perfect haven for our indulgent pampering treatment.
And the game room became pretty much the center for friendly fire and laughter for competitive spirits among us. From the satisfying click of the pool table to the thrill of foosball, this space offered endless opportunities to hang out and at least try to win. Add in stylish décor and loads of comfy furniture and you have a recipe for great memory-making.
This villa opens up our horizons cinematically and includes a private cinema room. Just sink into the plush comfortable reclining seats, put the lights down, and its pure heaven. The view of peace transforms it into a true in-town relaxing haven.

Inspired by our mesmerizing experience in Al Wakrah, we were eager to see more of what Qatar could offer. Saakin. once again orchestrated our visit to the beautiful city of Lusail, a testimony to this country’s vision of the future.
As we drew closer to Lusail, its futuristic cityscape seemed to take our breath. Tearing into the sky were towering skylines that were new and modern, overlaying a detailed network of roads and infrastructure; they seemed to assure the city of urban sophistication rarely attained. Saakin had, in fact, yet again outdone them they secured for us a luxurious apartment in Lusail that was perfectly put together.
Our apartment in Lusail was a marvel of design and functionality. With an open-concept design and floor-to-ceiling windows, light streams in from nearly every direction, making one feel open and gracious. A state-of-the-art kitchen with brand-new appliances set the stage for our culinary adventures—experiments with local Qatari delicacies and international flavors.
The entire time, the team at Saakin. showed a degree of commitment to excellent service delivery. Concierge services were available for coordinating transportation, dinner reservations, private tours, or activities of any kind. They are quite hands-on and show a high level of interest in your well-being and the quality of the stay.
And as time passed, so too our travels in and out of Qatar all too quickly, yet we found that place in our hearts where so many memories were shared. Be it the magic of cityscapes pervading Doha, the soothing sanctuary of Al Wakrah, or the futuristic-slanted attraction of Lusail, every place had left an indelible mark far deeper than just being an impression. But it was, in fact, Saakin and their superb housing that made our holiday indeed one out of this world.

Reluctantly, we finally took a sad farewell to this great country, leaving with a huge sense of thankfulness and a heartfelt desire to come back and bathe in the richness, luxury, and unsurpassed hospitality that Saakin had orchestrated for us. It had touched our hearts, and from this day on, it was quite clear to us that our friendship had been eternally woven together by the memories experienced in this incredible place.
