This versatile kitchen tool, equipped with three essential attachments (a dough hook, balloon whisk, and K-Beater), is perfect for mixing traditional Italian ingredients. For pasta-making, Simone also utilized a pasta roller, available separately, which played a crucial role in shaping the dough.

During the demonstration, Simone crafted an array of mouthwatering dishes. He began by preparing heart-shaped pasta for Valentine’s Day, a charming and festive creation that set the tone for the day.
